Organic Wine Tasting in Italy!
20-29 September 2011. We begin in the town of Sirmione on a peninsula amidst Lago di Garda with a wine tastings at Pratello and La Stoppa wineries. Our next base is Florence, home to some of the world's best art, not to mention pasta and gelato! We'll explore the smaller villages ofTuscany and Umbria, eating and tasting wine at local farms, then onwards to Campania where we'll end our journey in the sumptuous luxury hotel, Hotel Tramontano. Dinner in the hills behind Sorrento amidst lemon groves, a trip to Capri...these are some of the experiences that await you.

Paris is not just the most beautiful city in the world, it's a state of mind. I invite you to join me in Paris, my adopted city; stroll her crooked back streets and see the Paris the guidebooks don't show. Discover the unexpected pleasures that still hide around every corner as you lift your head skyward and discover a bas-relief on the rue Mouffetard, or perhaps a painting on that building you had just walked passed without noticing. Become a "flaneur" of this beautiful city.

This trip will focus on Paris's wine bars, markets and bistros. Bring a healthy appetite for all that is hedonistic in life.

Wine tasting in Italy
Taste wine in Pratello Winery on Lake Garda, explore the town of Sirmione, visit the vivacious Elena Pantaleoni of La Stoppa winery. We'll stay in Sirmione on Lake Garda for three nights, then on to Hotel Torre Guelfa in Florence. Guided sight-seeing, wine tasting, restaurants, tours of Siena and Assis are just some of the treats in store. Last stop, the fabulous Hotel Tramontano in Sorrento. More wine tasting, dinners and a daytrip to Capri.
